How to Connect Capture to ETC Nomad

Hi, I'm trying to contact capture with ETC Nomad, I have tried to follow the help sheet that ETC Provide, but with no luck

I have a 2017 Mac book pro 
 Mac is connected to Wifi 
 im also using a Nomad Dongle

I have an iMac with Capture and same Problem. You send sACN out of Nomad? Try also ArtNet. With ArtNet my Capture works with the Mac and talk with the GIO
