Does anyone know why I am getting the “remote disconnected” message when I’m connected to the network and it’s conecting perfectly fine on IRFR classic?
Thanks!

Hi! I found a solution! I work at a high school, and our M32 was on our closed router, and the M32 and ION don’t like working together. I assume this will be true for any device. Unplug one device and the other works, and visa-versa. Hope this helps!
There could be a few reasons for this.
Either multiple devices are serving as a DHCP host or there are static IPs in conflict or a subnet mask is hampering communication.
If networking is confusing, watch this.
