- In the Table View I don't know if it is possible, for exact output you can use tab 37 sACN Output Viewer.
- In Magic Sheet there is option to show DMX values at an extra field but it seems that doesn't work in the moment (2.8b)

If I try Chan @ / then with the / I got "Kreis 1 @ (- Syntaxfehler"
It is not possible to write a "/" into the comand Line.
How I can make a / in the comandline .. an Idea?

That is an old bug, the "/" button on the keyboard doesn't work (I'm on Mac), you must use "/" from the virtual keyboard.

In table view [About]+[Live] should should DMX values instead of percentage.

but didn`t work in ML Control.

During surching a solution I found an other way.
But you have to change your Library of each Fixture.

Change the User Values instad 0-100 to 0-255.
