Hello, we purchased a new Eos console over the summer and while it is fantastic, I have noticed it does not always register a double key press.
When a designer calls for channel 22, I can hear the click of the keys twice, but it will only show a 2. If I am in the middle of typing a bunch of channels, this can be a problem. I have also noticed it happening a lot on pressing FULL FULL. It will only see the first key press even though I hear it click twice.
I think there use to be a setting for key speeds? Is there something I can change in my settings. When typing a long string I don't always catch that it missed a number right away and it can get frustrating.
