Setting Fixures to Presets "Channel List is Empty"

Question

Is there a way to set fixures to presets if they dont have any settings in the preset? Currently, i get the "error: channel list is empty". Is there a way to disable this?

I want a Preset 200 in tracking and at some point in my show all my fixures to show that preset, Its ok if they have no data in the preset, they simply should not do anything then.

There is not a way to get the channels to indicate they are in a preset if they do not have data in that preset. 
 Easiest workaround assuming you already recorded the cue that you want to have every channel display Pr 200: 
 
 Blind. Preset 200 Enter. 
 Recall From Cue x Enter. 
 - Select Active Enter. 
 @ 0 Enter. 
 Cue x Enter. 
 Recall From Preset 200 Cue Only Enter
