Capture Sweden lighting glitch

Also I'm using offline Nomad.

I'm going to assume you are using offline with vis option for nomad.  If you are in this mode you don't need a nomad dongle for output but the output will glitch every few minutes.  This is the white flash you are seeing.  This is to dissuade you from using the offline with vis mode for an actual show.  This is normal and expected behavior.

As far as some of the beams not showing up.  Are you talking about beams in the air or at their termination point with the set/ground.  If it is in the air there may be differences between the two vis files you are using in the amount of smoke in the air.

Its in the air and at their termination points but seems to be just with the four movers on in the picture in their positions their in.

That they're different mid-air is because of have moving around.

That the first and last one look differently on the ground is because there is furniture blocking you from seeing

I can see where your coming from but the second spot on the left has light blocked that looks very different to the steps above it

See here second spot to the right has no beam or spot at all even though there is nothing blocking it.

It's being blocked by the MUSIC sign as those fixtures are behind the sign.

That's it. Really annoying but nothing i can do about it.
