ETC ION Console image

Recently and image popped up on my ION console that i cannot find any information about. It appeared a few weeks ago.

And then yesterday i have some lights that are not responded to the board. They will not turn off.

Does anyone know what this symbol is? And is it related to an unresponsive light dimmer on the console.

I'm thinking its something i should know.

Any information is appreciated.

    i would say that symbol is a hardware defect in the display.

    the lights that don't respond: i would first of all select the channel and then with About find out what the source of that value is. the first hint is what font color the intensity has in Live display, then second more detailt way of finding out is About. you always want to check if the Live display and the real life output correspond but you can't change it, or if you can control it on display but it does something else in real life.
