Which iRFR do I need to get?

I'm running 2.7.4 nomad on Win 10, and got a hand-me-down iPad running iOS 9.3.5, and suddenly there are two iRFR apps in the app store, iRFR BTS, and iRFR LR. Which one do I need to get to buy?
