Missing encoder wheel in ML Controls

Question

When i patch the Expolite LED-par MC60 mode SSP and use ML Controls there is an encoder for Shutter Strobe. 
 When i close the Eos application and start it again the encoder for Shutter Strobe has disappeared. 
 Every next time i start the Eos application the Shutter Strobe encoder is not there. 
 Only when i a give a Deep Clear or System Reset and patch the LED-par again the Shutter Strobe encoder is back and only the first time.

so when you don't see the encoder anymore there is a box that says ShutterStrobe :: Open and below it some buttons like Open. click the long box with the parameter name and encoder will show up
