Ion XE 20 won't launch EOS

What happens when you power up the IonXE? 

Does the Display lightup? Any text appear? External monitor display anything? Any beeping sounds come from Console?

Yess al the displays light up and show the ETC Logo. Then there is a timer that says 'Launching in' counts down from 5 to 0. Than the Ion XE 20 logo shows up and then nothing happens.

How many monitore are usually connected, How many are connected now? If just one, could you click on the counting down sequence which stops tbe boot into Eos Software and then click setup and go into monitor setup and make sure only one monitor is activated? If thats all good. Appears there is a system software issue. could you unplug all USB and ethernet cables and try restarting. If this doesnt work, hook up the mouse, restart and go back into setup and reinstall the Eos Software under Software Update. you will need to download the current Eos Software Update from the ETC Website for free and put on a USB stick and then that into the Ion.
