Ion XE 20 won't launch EOS

Question

I am working on an Ion XE 20 and out of nowhere he doesn't launch de software. 
 I have multiple times turned the console on and off but it still doesn't work. 
 
 Does anybody know what to do?

Best to call your local ETC Dealer or the good folks at ETC Service when you are in front of the console. Its free and they can usually get your console running again on the phone.
