Recently I was setting up our RVI in the booth of one of our spaces and while attaching the Dual-DVI adapter to the back, it seemed the weight of the adapter broke one of the tightening pins right in half! So now I could only attach the adapter with the remaining pin. Later I went to move the unit and the same thing happened to the other pin! So now not only do I have a Dual-DVI adapter with pins that are too short, I have the other half of these pins stuck in the threads on the back of the RVI. Has anyone else experienced such an issue? This conneciton point seems to be a bit flimsy for the weight of the adapter. I have not had this issue with either of my Ion consoles, only this RVI. I mean, I'm always careful moving equipment but this seemed completely out of my hands.
Any ideas?
