Grand Master Submaster

You can make *fader* to be a grandmaster. Open fader config (tab36), choose an empty fader, click "unassigned", click the new "unassigned", choose Grandmaster.

Sorry, I'm a bit vague still. When I use tab 36 I see an array of faders in the Config screen. Each has a top section with "Load" and under that a slider like picture. Under that is a another panel with "Group Assert" and at the bottom a panel with "Bump" Hovering over a panel makes a tool wheel visible and clicking it cause a menu to come up. But I still can't  find how to turn this fader into a Grandmaster.

From the Load thingy go further up until you see 1x. Left of it it says the current target of the fader. If it's a sub at the moment it would say e.g. S1. Click S1. In the new menu click where it says Sub. In the new menu choose Grandmaster
