Robe Robin CycBar 15 Mode 1 fixture profile incorrect/not working properly since 2.8.0 and up

Hi Jason,

Would you be able to email a show file in to Service@etcconnect.com with both a v2.7.x profile and a v2.8.1 profile patched? I am struggling to find this profile's M1 using 2 color ranges and I think it will be helpful to examine the differences between a working profile and a non-working profile in your show. Please add notification number (300745711) to the subject line of your email so that we may attach your file to the notes I have already created.

i had had the same problem. I noticed there is a difference between the EOS fixture profile, the manual, the (updated fixture, which ahas an extra mode that is not in the manual) and that same fixture in wysiwyg. They all behave differently. I doubt the manual will solve the problem. For me it was not just mode 1, but also mode 6.

It appears that the problem I'm having is limited to this one specific ION - as others I have tried it on, work as expected. However, I cannot tell you yet what exactly is going. I'm still working it out with the amazing people at ETC :).

If you are able to email your show file to Service@etcconnect.com in advance (with the notification number in the subject line) we will be able to load your show on our consoles and work through this problem together.
