We've updated our Ion XE 20 to the latest software version 2.8.1, and a need for a firmware update popped up, so we went ahead and did that too. Unfortunately, we received a firmware update failure, and now the main programming face panel is no longer recognized by the console. We also had no luck in initiating a reimage process. We have a stock of several Ions at our shop, and this is happened twice on two separate consoles, one of them brand new out of the box. Has this come up for anyone else?
