When I use the Colour Picker on my ION XE 20 with our Chauvet Colordash Par Hex 7's (RGBAW+UV) the value of UV always remains at 100 which makes the colours come out wrong. ie the red is more of a pink and a blue has a purple hue to it.
I am relatively new to the console so I want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong before going in and start editing the profile of the lights with the UV value at 0.
I have tried this in all channel modes with the same result each time.
