Ion RF interference

Question

Hello 
 i have a rather antiquated classic ion (still has the vga socket etc) we&rsquo;ve found an issue where if a radio (analogue walkie talkie) is keyed in the console scrolls rapidly through the cue list - I assume the RF is interfering with the USB bus somehow 
 has this been seen before?

Hi Richard, 
 We've seen this intermittently when the radio is keyed near the console and yes you are correct that the RF is causing interference. Unfortunately, the only solution we've seen is to move the radio further away from the console before using it. (i.e.: don't set it on the console and use it).
