Feature request. Blind effect build/preview without affecting stage

Have many instances where im asked build effect no time to test live then apply it. I heard rumors this will be in 3.0. Is this true?

This was indeed implemented in 3.0, called Staging Mode.

i'm not sure there is anything else that you can do than be patient and trust that ETC is always working on new and exciting things...
