Element 2 Monitor Position

Is it greatly advantageous to position dual touch screen monitors for an Element 2 side by side (almost touching) or well apart (nearer both ends of the Element 2 console, for instance)?

Or to put the same question slightly differently, is there some essential feature of EOS that all but requires one to put the screens either side by side or well apart if at all possible?

I am weighing the various tradeoffs of setting this up in very tight quarters and am wondering whether and to what degree ease-of-use depends upon the placement of the screens.

    I run my screen together like a Ti, Gio or so on my CobaltJR with a big wing on. I have the space for that and Like to have the screens in line between keypad and stage. so I work in one direction over one surface. If I would have the screens on the sides I would feel I need to turn my head to much and work on the with more then up and down. And if you use touchscreens it's nice to have easy access without needing to move to much to touch them. I can now reach both monitors with one hand. That's hard with them on the sides.

    Purely personal preference.

    I find much depends on the booth arrangement. If I can't see the stage over the monitors then I like to have them to the sides, so the stage is always next to the monitor I'm focusing on.
