Bug report

I was unable to replicate this issue- but there is a check box in merge for "Include the Park Buffer."  Is there any chance this may have been checked?

to be honest I haven´t been aware that the check box exists in advanced merge as well. Now as you mention it I think it will be the issue that the box got checked accidentally.
Proably I´ll check the logfiles for it...
