Cue List Index not showing cues

Question

EOS Nomad V2.8.2 Build 8 
 When I go to the Cue List Index one of my cue lists is not showing any cues even though is says there are 7 in the list. When I switch to either list 1 or 2 I can see all of the cues. 
 If I open the Cue List Index on a full screen workspace with only 1 Layout window the List 3 cues show up. 
 New bug or known issue?

This was fixed in 2.9.0.

it is possible this is related to Eos-48841. If that is the case then essentially the console believes it is paged down below where cues exist in that list. So if you go back to list 1 and look at cue 1 there, then back to list 3, does it populate?
