goto cue 0 and +\-%

Hi there.... you need to tell it what fader you want to initiate a go to cue zero on.  So, you hold that button down and press the load button for the fader with the desired cue list.    That function is simply a shortcut.   If your selected cue is 12/4, but you want to do a go to cue zero on list 3, you have to [Go to Cue] [3] [/] [0] [Enter] from the command line.  This is just another way to go about it with less keystrokes.

+%..... yes, that's something on the list to clean up.  Know that it IS using your default values.
