Nomad Gadget works fine on 2 of 3 laptops I use. On the 3rd there is no signal going to the dimmers. Green light in gadget is on and Primary engaged

I have definitely seen Anit-Virus software block the packets we sent to a Gadget in the past. I recommend settings exceptions for the program in your Anti-Virus software.
