simulator Create a list。 Run Cue1，Cue2 work in advince。 Run Cue2 。 Cue3 work in advince。 How to make list cue2 not work in advince?

If you are talking about Automarking: 
 
 To disable Automarking for cue 2, press [Cue] [2] and then the Softkey {AutoMark Off}. This disables AutoMarking only for cue 2 but keeps it active for all other cues. 
 To disable Automarking in general: Setup->System->Cue Settings->Auto-Mark
