While moving our Element around our theater, the GM slider got bent and not does not function properly, and can sometimes act on its own. We have it taped now so you can't use it but it still can be controlled from the Virtual Keyboard. The new GM slider was purchased from ETC but I was wondering the complexity of replacing it. Is it a solder on piece or can I just unplug the old one and plug in the new one? I don't have access to the board otherwise I would just take it apart myself. Thanks.
