Elation Artiste Monet Personality Request

Your request was submitted on May 9th, but there has been some confusion over the integration of the 16 bit RGB and the 16 bit CMY channels. As of Thursday we were waiting for confirmation from Elation on this, but I have not been updated on the status of this profile. I will reach out to the Eos team today to see what the expected timeline for this profile is, but they are aware that this fixture is needed by the 2nd week of June.

I work at Bard on The Beach in Vancouver, Canada and we recently purchased some Elation Monets. Would it be possible for us to get the profile as soon as it is created? We are just beginning the technical rehearsal process, and having the profile would be spectacularly helpful.
