Hello Ion users. I have an Ion that won't boot up. I've read the other comments about similar issues, but those seem to vary from this symptom. This unit beeps three times, the varoius buttons with lights flash and then it stops at the initial ION screen and stalls. I can't view my monitor(s) and no buttons seem to have any effect. I'm not sure of the steps to perfom a deep clean, so if that is advised I'll need to know the steps - remembering that the keyboard, mouse and displays are neither visible nor functional at this time. I've tried to power up with and without the mouse, keyboard and monitor(s) as well as having both 5 pin DMX ports connected to LEDs, to no avail. Grumble. Thanks!
