You can do "Cue x {Execute} Macro Enter" to remove just macros.

it's the same for all attributes you want to remove. do the same thing again, but leave away the number

in Patch: Chan 1 Address Enter to remove the address
in Live: Cue 5 Follow Enter to remove a follow time
in Live: Cue 6 Link Enter to remove a link
in Live: Chan 2 Time Enter to remove a discrete fade time
in Live: Cue 7 Time Enter to reset the cue timing to default timing
in Effects: Effect 1 Grouping Enter to reset the effect grouping to default

This was changed in 3.2.0. There is now syntax in place to remove individual elements from an Execute.
