Hey guys.... I need help
I just did a "deep clear" so now it's a waiting game. It's done this twice now in the last two hours but never before.
Okay it's not giving me that screen now but it does keep crashing and freezing. HELP!
If this is not a Nomad's system and its an actual etc desk (you've not given any info as to what you are using and version of the software) then its probably a hardware issue. Maybe as simple as reseating cards in the machine but you probably need to call etc support. If its on Nomads then you've just got a normal windows type of problem.
It's an element 1 and I'm on the latest software. How does one go about resetting cards?
