I have problem of FCB mark time.

yes you can, but you have to be aware that from second 9 to 16 there is a mark happening. if you make the duration 8 then the mark has to happen in 0 seconds which might make it noisy.

if you're using automark you can change the mark time by using discrete times, if your using references marking you can also use part times to change how long the marking will take
