HELP!

Which board are you using?  Is the channel still patched?

Im not sure, but when i turn up the dimmer switch no lights go up, so does that mean it isn't patched?  the other presets are all working except that one

I have moved this thread to the Eos forum so more people will see it to help, as well as to clarify your console of use.

Can you please go to Patch and see if there is an address for your red channel?  This is via hitting [Displays] and then {Patch} is a softkey for you.

I’m attaching a pic. And my manual said Eos but now that I’m here I see the name is element.  I’m sorry.

Which channel are we trying to control?  We need to look in patch to see if that channel has an address.  So- press Format and that will place channel first. Then type the channel number and press enter.  Is there an address?

Ok. I did that and here’s what I see

it looks like address 1 is patched to channel 1 in the second image, but was not in the first- so we may have inadvertently patched it.
If it is still not working, we may need have you give us a call if you are able, in front of the equipment.
