fixture profile, color picker, color pallet issues in 2.8

Hi all,

have posted some time ago and hoped with newer updates there would be a solution but unfortunately not. since update 2.8 came out my color pallets for my VL1000ts and Rush par 2 RGBW zoom don't display correctly anymore. I understand that the magic sheet color pallets an color picker are now supposed to mimic the actual output taking the color temperature of the fixture into account. however it is very far from it and also the display color in the picker and pallet can only be a close guide anyway (depending on screen etc).

my VL color pallets used to be the closest to what is life on-stage (the fixtures with a color wheel have not changed however the colors there were only ever close but no match at all)

the open white position on the color picker should be an indicator of where blades, LED's or so are. there is now also less of a range in 1 direction to pick from however the opposite direction is a lot more.

now I have in 2.8 pallets that don't replicate what i see on stage at all which makes it nearly impossible to use especially for busking (what we mainly do) so at this stage I am in a situation where I can't update the software for these reasons mentioned, but also should update as I am supposed to be up to date for touring show files coming through.

I have tried changing the profile even completely re-writing the profile however not without causing other issues (well the color alignment)

it does make sense that a designer might want to see on-screen what the output might look like, but would it be possible to be able to toggle (like it is already with the gel picker, from gel color to output color)?

I have attached snapshots of magic sheet 1 (as example) for version 2.7.3 and 2.8.3. no changes to the file just different OS version. I have tried to insert the show-file as well, however it comes up with an error.

your help would be very much appreciated!
