Axcor 300 Spot Circle Effect

I could be wrong, but is your effect pushing the fixture past its Pan or Tilt limits? This would force the edge of your effect to draw a straight line. If this is the case, try getting to the same position from a different Pan/Tilt value (There are usually 4 different values that will get you the same physical position)

Sorry to sound stupid but how do I know if its hitting its limits?

I have done the same effect over 2 different fixtures one being a Mac viper and the other obviously being the axcor 300 in the exact same pan/tilt position/value and Mac runs perfectly but the axcor doesn't 

could you explain bait more the 4 different value that give me the same position 

on the console open Tab 5 ML Controls. it shows a x/y system for pan and tilt. does the movment match your expectation (i.e. circle) or does it match real life (i.e. straight line)?
