New Show Defaults

Is there a way to permanately change defaults so that every time a new show is opened you don't have to reset them? For example, recording a set of macros that will then be automatically in every new show created.

Right now, your best choice is to create a default show file that you open, with the contents that you want stored. At some point, we will add an option that lets you choose a default show file when you "file - new."
