Ion 6000 Display Port not working

Hello,

If you have two DVI and a Display Port then you have a Windows 7 based console.

The Ion can support up to two monitor connections at any given time, but offers three connection options.  Are you attempting to connect a third monitor?  If so this will not work.  If not, then monitor arrangement in the Shell (ECU) can be used to enable to output of a second monitor via the Display Port.

Hey Sasha.

We were only trying to plug 2 monitors in, just testing the outputs. What actually ended up working was plugging in the Display port monitor before powering up, came right up. This appears to have not worked when plugging in after startup. Note to self!

Thanks for the follow up.  The consoles really prefer to have all monitor connections on boot, rather than what we might call "hot swapping" or connecting and disconnecting while the console is running.  I'm glad this worked for you.
