Hello! We have a pretty constant problem on our TIs I'm wondering if anyone may have a solution to. It took us a long time to pinpoint but what happens is if we are on a fixture with "Shutters" and we have the encoders set to A>D, when we then select a fixture with "Barndoors" like a mac viper wash DX, the Barndoors are greyed out. It seems like A>D is not fixture specific, but global and has locked our shutter encoders into only showing Shutters A>D, Angle A>D and then shutter assembly rotation. Because the fixture we've selected does not contain shutters, the A>D button does not appear. To gain control of the barndoors on the encoders again we have to select a light with shutters, click A>D then select last twice to get back to the light with barndoors. While that seems trivial, doing it many many times a day becomes very frustrating, clunky, and time consuming, especially if we miss a keystroke in there somewhere.
This is further frustrated by not being able to learn encoder A>D status into a macro or snapshot, both of which could help solve this problem for us.
Does this happen to anyone else using Mac Viper Was DXs or is this another strange Met-specific shutter bug?
We've tried encoder flexi change, that's not the problem.
