The Robe Faze 1050FT template is the wrong way around. Fan is smoke and smoke is fan.

What fixture library version are you running? Additionally, do you have a copy of the fixture manual that you can share so that I may cross reference the Eos profile values with those specified by the manufacturer?

Ok, the fault is on Robes side. The machine have the channels swamped. I will see if there is an upgrade to them.
