License expired on aRFR app

Possibly a stupid question, but how does one renew the license on the aRFR app and do I have to pay for it again? The app is telling me it expired.

To my knowledge the app is a one time purchase... I've been using mine for years now with no expiry. I'd try deleting and re-installing from google
