In the ESD, manually typing in a RATE value ending with a "0" like "250" causes STOP EFFECT to be posted into the command line...
"Effect 13 Rate 25 StopEffect"
Only happens if Number Lock is ON.

Was this on a reduced keyboard? They sometimes have an additional mapping layer when NumLock is active. Wondering if this could have caused this.
