Fixture Library lost

so you downloaded, did you also install it? nomad? pc or mac? console?

installed it on my element. 

When i did not see "Manufacturer" i shut down the Element and then re-started it and still nothing

what software version are you running? (with an empty command line press About). and which library version did you download?

V 2.9 software and the current fix library ( i downloaded it this morning and installed it)

something went wrong with the library. i suggest downloading it again, copying it to a different USB drive and try installing again. if it still doesn't work after that you should call ETC
