Thank you!!  That really saved my cookies.  Looks a *LOT* better than my hand drawing.  Found a program to convert the .dwg file format to .pdf and used a .pdf editor to highlight each keystroke that the janitors (yes, seriously) need to perform.

I was delighted to discover that I could create a shutdown macro so they don't have to mess around with the mouse or even look at the screens.  Just punch the power button, wait 30 seconds, press [Macro] [1] [Enter] and then when the event is over press [Macro] [9] [9] [Enter] and go home.
