Why aren't my colors coming through when I export my show file and import it into the newest version of Eos.

I exported my old show to a thumb drive. I then updated my Element to the newest version of Eos. When I uploaded my old show from the thumb drive to the new version of Eos, the colors weren't showing up on the cue list. Everything came up just like it should have but the colors were the only thing that didn't show up on the cue list that I made before. Now I have to go through the whole show just to find the correct colors. Is there any way to change this so the colors do show up? I still have the thumb drive on hand. I hope you all can help me so I don't make this mistake again or so other people don't make this mistake.

  • Colors that youre moving lights or LED on stage are supposed to have? Which fixture type? Which software version did you have before and which one do you have now? Intensity of the moving lights and position is still ok bit not color?

  • First of all, I am very sorry about the unclearness of the question. My friend wrote it for me. All of the color values were popping up in the ML control window on the cue but not popping up on stage. I was using ETC desire d40s, and ETC Source 4 Led 1st gen. I believe the console was on software version 1.9.12 and now it's on software version 2.9.1. The intensity of the LEDs (white) still shows up on the stage but not the color.

  • Do you also have an Architectural Lighting system (like buttons on the wall) that can control the LEDs?  Are you networked to gateways/nodes?
If either of these are true then it could be the arch system is holding the home values of the LEDs at white, in which case you may need to increase the priority of your sACN or Net2 output in the shell.  The odd part is that I don't believe either of these should have changed with an update.
