Hi,
wondering if I could have some help. I am trying to update my ETC Element lighting Desk, and I have backed up all show files. I then went and press software update. It pops up with a box in the left hand corner which says you need to put a upgrade code.
Has anyone ever come across this and know how to get passed it, so I can update my desk?
i would appreciate the help asap.
