Paradigm Wall Station control from console

Would another option be to set Element to a higher priority in the shell and leave Paradigm in the house lights on look when starting Element?  Then when Element is shut down, Paradigm would resume control with house lights on.

This at a school and the problem they are having is that the students power-up the console without any faders or cues active and then the venue blacks out. That's why they wanted a manual changeover instead of using the priorities or having DMX override architectural settings.  (I was hoping to do it that way at first as well).
