Somehow our Ion console has lost all of the custom gobo wheel and scroll information. The custom wheels and scrolls still show up as choices in patch, but there is no information about what gobos or colours are in them. In some cases, the fixtures in our show file have retained the information about the colours in the scrolls, but any new fixtures patched with the custom scrolls are missing the colour information.
Any idea of why this might have happened?
