I am exporting my patch from my Classic Ion running the latest software into a .csv file. I am then adding information in to the label fields in Excel and saving the file. When I go to import I get the message that it is successful but the label information does not appear in the patch. I have tried a plain .csv file, a MS-DOS csv file and a mac csv file and none of them import. The only thing I ma changing is the text in the label field for the dimmers, I have not changed anything else. What am I doing wrong?
