My office recently had a power outage last night, and now our ETC Nomad Puck (Silver top) won't power back on. After pressing the power button, the blue light will turn on for about 15-20 seconds, and then turn back off. Then after trying to press the power button again, the blue light won't turn on at all. Additionally, I left the Puck unplugged for about 30 minutes and then plugged it back in. I tried pressing the power button again, and the the device's blue power light did happen to stay on, but still wouldn't boot up or pass any signal to an HDMI connected monitor.
We had our Puck plugged into a surge protector, so I'm not sure why a power outage would effect the Puck this way. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be happening and how I can get our Puck to boot back up?
