Due to staffing/holiday/other issues we will be unable to full fixture library requests on our normal two week schedule. Requests submitted November 26th, 2019 or later will not be able to be fulfilled until January 6, 2020 or later. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Requests that have already been scheduled should be fulfilled, but may be delayed.
If you require a fixture profile change or addition during this time, please feel free to submit it with the understanding we will not be able to add it to our library until January of 2020. If your request is urgent, please consider using the Fixture Profile creator in Patch to create a profile in the interim.
