Accessing The Embedded OS

Which Software Version of Ion are you using? V1.4.4 is the latest and greatest, and the Settings menu has been revamped in it to allow for additional Monitor Settings so that one doesn't need to go into Windows. 

I believe we are using a version previous to 1.4.4.

At the moment I am not in front of the board so I couldn't be sure.

When I did it previously it was some odd combination of holding down a key or two while the machine was turning on or off ( cant recall which). But unfortunately I can not remember what they key combo was.

Howdy -

just install V1.4.4. and reboot the console with both monitors connected, and you will

find that the Ion Software will be able to locate both in the Ion Settings after that.
