there such a thing as to build a button where I can block acess to everything in another magic sheet or snapshot or partition or user?

I have been looking at something similar for our current operation. When implemented, our Showfile was designed so that to access a studio space (partition) you had to physically select that studio on a magic sheet. However, that still does not prevent another user from selecting the same studio and having control of the same partition etc.

I was looking at having "Lock" buttons on the magic sheets, which when selected would prevent other users from selecting the locked studio space by switching snapshots to a magic sheet where the studio selection button would not allow it to be selected. I didn't finish this, as other more pressing programming was required

However, another option, which was suggested to me by ZiggyJW was to use Limit Expand mode. As we're going to eventually have 3 Nomad Puck's join the 4 Gio@5's on our Network, we need to limit access for certain "users", but this may not work for your issue.
